The days when we could hide behind "character lines" are gone - these days a lined and uncared for skin simply means that you do not take the time or trouble to keep on looking your best. Facial exercises are a great boon for helping you to look your best - and since we offer them for free, it really is worth your while to give them a try.

A good skincare regimen and an active anti-aging and rejuvenating skincare range is also required to keep your skin looking its best, but we believe that facial exercises, performed regularly and with care, can assist in creating the best youthful looking skin possible.

How often to exercise wrinkles lines arround eyes

The facial exercises should be done daily for at least three to four weeks, and can then be scaled down to three times a week

Exercise 1 wrinkles lines arround eyes

Press two fingers - your index and middle fingers - on the sides of your eyes - at the temples and rapidly open and close your eyes 5 times.

Exercise 2 wrinkles lines arround eyes

Sit upright and relaxed with your eyes closed. Keeping your eyes closed, lift your eyebrows as high as possible, while at the same time stretching your eyelids down as far as possible. Keep this position for a count of 5, and relax. Repeat 5 times.

Exercise 3 wrinkles lines arround eyes

Sit upright and relaxed with your eyes open. Lift your eyebrows while slightly drooping your top eyelids to halfway closed. Thereafter open your eyelids wide until the whites of your eyes, above the iris, shows. Repeat 5 times.

Exercise 4 wrinkles lines arround eyes

Sit upright and relax with your eyes closed. While keeping your eyes closed look down and then up as far as possible. Repeat 5 times.

Exercise 5 wrinkles lines arround eyes

Sit upright and relax with your eyes open and looking straight ahead. Look up and then down as far as possible while keeping your head still. Then look right and left as far as possible, while keeping your head still. Relax and look straight ahead. Repeat 5 times.

Forehead exercises wrinkles lines arround eyes

Your forehead is one of the places where lines and wrinkles easily form, and permanent frown marks can also form between your eyebrows. It is best to be aware when you are frowning while working, reading or watching TV as this type of permanent frowning will lead to wrinkles forming.

People sometimes complain that it is difficult to do these forehead exercises, but after trying them a couple of times, you will be able to do them with ease.

Exercise 1 wrinkles lines arround eyes

Sit upright, relaxed and facing forwards. Try and bring your eyebrows as far down over your eyes as possible while at the same time wrinkling up your nose and flaring your nostrils. Keep for a count of 5, relax and repeat 5 times.

Exercise 2 wrinkles lines arround eyes

Lie on your back on your bed with your head hanging over the edge. Lift your eyebrows as far as possible while opening your eyes as wide as possible. Relax and repeat 5 times.

Exercise 3 wrinkles lines arround eyes

Frown as much as possible, trying to bring your eyebrows over your eyes, while at the same time trying to draw your eyebrows towards one another. Then lift your eyebrows as far as possible and open your eyes as wide as possible at the same time. Relax and repeat 5 times.
