Facial exercises to help skin tone and encouraging a firm skin

Although there might be some people that do not believe that facial exercises work, the fact remains that many people have experienced the benefit, as they help tone the skin and encourage firmness in a sagging face.

General information on facial exercises Facial exercises for different parts of the face

Some people are worried that doing facial exercises would cause wrinkles - but wrinkles are caused by constant and repetitive movements of the facial muscles. The muscles being used while doing facial exercises are not constantly nor repetitively used throughout the day.

For instance - if you constantly have a frown between your eyes, or you continuously squint your eyes - you will develop wrinkles at those areas - whereas with facial exercises you specifically exercise certain muscles to help tone the muscles.

Although we do not sell these exercises, we have had such wonderful testimonials regarding them that we have included them. You can view them by clicking here. These are the actual e-mails we received - they have not been corrected for grammar nor spelling although the names of the senders are partially given, to protect their privacy.

Facial exercises not only benefit the supportive muscles, but also improve the skin and skin tone, as the increased blood flow to the skin assists in bringing nutrition to, and removing toxins from the skin.

The elasticity and health of the skin is determined greatly on the underlying tone, strength and vitality of the supporting facial muscles.

Some people report that minor spots or blemishes appear after starting facial exercises, and yes, this is normal.

The skin is stimulated to produce its natural oils and lubricants and these minor spots may only appear at the beginning when starting facial exercises, until the skin is functioning efficiently and correctly again.

Why offer free facial exercises? Facial exercises for different parts of the face

We offer our facial exercises for free - we are not in the business of selling exercise programs - we are in the business to supply the best anti-aging skincare products, and believe that facial exercises have an added benefit to our clients.

How often should these facial exercises be done? Facial exercises for different parts of the face

To start of with, we would recommend that you do them once every day for at least the first four weeks, and thereafter you could cut down to once three times per week.
