Research of our skin care range

Skin care specialist researchers in various countries helped in the mammoth task of researching and developing the hi-tech peptides that we use in our products. Clinical trials were conducted at leading European universities (including the University of Milan) to determine and prove the efficacy of our products.

Non-irritant ingredients

The range was developed to exclude any known irritants, and we have strived to make the entire range “hypoallergenic” (this term however has no quality standards or legal requirements – and are mostly used as an advertising ploy by multi-national cosmetic houses). However – we created a skin care range with the lowest possible chance of causing any allergic reaction.

Returning products

If you however feel that the product did not fulfill its action kindly let us know that you wish to return it to us. You need to notify us within thirty (30) days after receipt of the product, and after notifying us, we will issue you a “return code”.

Kindly e-mail us at info@dermaxime.com, as we need to send you the “return code” and a “return questionnaire” must please be completed by the returnee.

Your credit card account will only be credited after we have physically have received the parcel. The amount credited will be for the cost of the item paid, minus our postage cost, which is included in our retail price.

The parcel must also be clearly marked as “RETURNED ITEM – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”.

If the return parcel is addressed in any other way, the parcel may be waylaid and will result in delays and processing of your refund will therefore be delayed.

The postage cost of returning the parcel is not refundable, and you will be notified by e-mail as soon as we have received your return parcel.

Packing the item

All products must be returned and received in the same condition in which they were sent out, and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the merchandise is packed securely enough to ensure that the products will not be damaged on their return to our offices.

Please note - the products must be packaged and retuned to us in such a way as to prevent breakage and getting damaged in the post.

Should a product be destroyed in the post, due to bad packing, we will unfortunately not be able to pass a credit.

Cancellation of orders

If an order is cancelled after we shipped it, you may, by return post, send back the unopened parcel to us, and upon receipt of the parcel we will refund your money, minus a 20% restocking and handling fee.
