Our range of skincare products have been sold extensively and are used in various salons, and was developed by a dedicated team of researchers and supported by clinical trials done at leading international universities - like the University of Milan.

If you however feel that you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly e-mail us within 30 days of receipt of the product, at info@dermaxime.com to obtain a return code and send the product back to us.

We will re-fund you the cost of the product/s, to your credit card, after receipt of the returned product/s, minus the shipping cost.

All products must be returned and received in the same condition in which they were sent out, and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the merchandise is packed securely enough to ensure that the products will not be damaged on their return to our offices.

Please note - the products must be packaged and retuned to us in such a way as to prevent breakage and getting damaged in the post. Should a product be destroyed in the post, due to bad packing, we will unfortunately not be able to pass a credit.

Cancellation of orders

If an order is cancelled after we shipped it, you may, by return post, send back the unopened parcel to us, and upon receipt of the parcel we will refund your money, minus a 15% handling fee.
