Ingredients used in our Purifying Face Mask

Our R&D people specially formulated this face mask to brighten dull looking skin while deeply cleansing the skin and pores, fighting minor skin problems and at the same time providing nourishment to the skin.

Whereas some cosmetic manufacturers only use one or two active ingredients, we rely on a whole range of active ingredients to create the promised results, and all the active ingredients are used in therapeutic quantities.

Kaolin
	This natural ingredient not only has absorbent properties, but also has a wonderful astringent effect on the skin, and since it is electromagnetically charged, it helps to clear away dirt, pollution and other waste materials.
Tea Tree leaf powder
	Although most people know of the amazing anti-fungal, anti-viral and antibacterial properties of tea tree oil - we have gone a step further. We have included the finely ground up leaves of the tea tree, from which the essential oil is distilled, and incorporated it into our formula, to not only give a lightly exfoliating effect, but also to include the therapeutic properties of tea tree oil. It helps to decongest the skin and clear away debris and toxins, while at the same time sorting out any minor skin problems, inflammations or infections that may be present.
Horse Chestnut
	This extract has a direct influence on improving the health of veins and capillaries in the skin, which in turn leads to proper circulation and maximum skin functioning. It has a strengthening effect on the venous system, preventing capillary fragility – which could result in leaking, causing edema (water retention) within the skin, which in turn leads to an uneven looking skin. Apart from this, it inhibits collagenase and elastase in the skin – and therefore leads to a healthier collagen and supportive skin structure. This in turn results in a healthier younger looking skin, while at the same time fights inflammatory conditions, which if left unchecked, could lead to premature aging.
Centella asiatica
	This botanical extract has a very positive effect on increasing circulation in the skin, as well as assisting with the proper functioning and formation of collagen, by modulating the action of the fibroblast. It has excellent anti-oxidant properties and helps to improve the firmness, tone and elasticity of the skin, thereby improving the appearance of the skin in general. Furthermore, it promotes vein and capillary health in the skin and is a good general tonic for the skin.
Almond oil
	This light, non-greasy oil greatly nourishes and moisturizes the skin, while soothing irritated and traumatized skin. At the same time it softens the skin, balancing the loss and absorption of moisture.
Avocado oil
	This highly nourishing oil is transported deep into the skin and the sterolins contained in the oil help to relieve dryness and are of great help to sun damaged skin, while moisturizing and softening the skin, also helping to rejuvenate and regenerate the skin.
Neroli
	This well-known volatile essential oil is most helpful to stimulate cell activity - leading to a clearer more rejuvenated skin. It is often used to help with the treatment of broken veins and unsightly capillaries under the skin's surface.
Rosehip
	This cold pressed extract from rosehip is high in bio-available vitamin C, which helps to boost skin regeneration as well as making the skin more elastic. The high content of GLA helps to reduce the signs of aging, especially fine lines, as well as combating the drying effects of sun, environment and climate. It is also referred to as the "oil of youth" since it has shown to be most effective in helping sun damaged skin, speeding up healing of the skin and boosting skin regeneration.
Rosewood
	It is a superior cell stimulant and tissue generator, which has a balancing effect on the skin, to improve hydration and the moisture balance of the skin. It is helpful to combat a dull or sallow complexion while it assists in the fight against inflamed and irritated skin.
Geranium
	This ingredient not only boosts circulation but also the lymphatic system, while at the same time having a cleansing and clearing action. It also helps to balance the production of oil in the skin and improves elasticity. It helps to relieve swelling and water retention, thus clearing skin congestion.

Directions for use

• Cleanse the skin with Rejuvenating Face Wash, pat skin dry and apply Rejuvenating Toner.
• Apply Purifying Face Mask with Tea Tree evenly over the face and neck area in small circular movements, avoiding the eye and lip area.
• Relax and leave on for 15 - 20 minutes, then wash off with tepid water.
• Apply Rejuvenating Toner and Rejuvenating Serum plus the Rejuvenating Day Cream or Rejuvenating Night Cream.
• Use the Purifying Face Mask with Tea Tree every 2 - 3 weeks, or weekly in extreme cases.
